I led a team and was hands-on in designing a holistic E2E buying experience, including the cart, checkout, and post-transaction aspects such as confirmation, order details, and rewards. Our goal was to make the experience easier, faster, and more intuitive. We didn't just focus on solving current problems, but also aimed to create scalable designs that would last long-term, leveraging systematic thinking.
